Join us for an intimate 5-night yoga, meditation, and total relaxation retreat at Casa Cassini in Bacolet, Tobago.

Start each day with a morning meditation and invigorating solar vinyasa yoga flow, to awaken your body, mind, and soul. Spend your day relaxing poolside with that book you have been meaning to read, or, maybe catching up on emails and taking a walk on the beach. Journal. Participate in daily wellness workshops designed to teach you how you can integrate the holistic health tools you develop on this retreat into your real, everyday life. And, end your day with a gentle lunar yoga flow or restorative yoga practice.

This retreat offers 8 spaces, which will allow for an intimate experience. Prices vary by different room options and are based on double occupancy. Please indicate desired room in your booking request. Wishes to share with travel partner can be accommodated upon request.

We will also be able to offer advice or help with finding the best available flights to and from Tobago. Tobago has an international airport (TAB), but more affordable and more frequent flights from major U.S. and European cities will be available to Trinidad's airport (POS). Caribbean airlines offers daily service between Tobago and Trinidad for a 24 USD fixed fee per person per one-way flight. Service is offered 7 days a week (nearly hourly).

Retreat Includes

Daily Yoga and Meditation
AM Practice includes meditation, pranayama and an invigorating yoga flow
PM Practice includes gentle lunar yoga flow, restorative and/or yin yoga
2 classes daily, with Lauren (evening class and morning class only on arrival and departure days, respectively)
Special workshops throughout the week (topics may include, but are not limited to, developing a home yoga and meditation practice; goal-setting; meal-planning and food journaling; visualization, affirmation setting, and free-writing).
(3) plant-based vegan, gluten-free meals offered per day; other offerings upon request (requests for fish, meat, dairy OR other foods/drinks must be made upon registration for the program)

Accommodations in Casa Cassini villa for (6) days + (5) nights.
Rooms equipped with (ceiling) fans, some with en suite-bathroom, some with shared bathroom (please refer to room description). All bathrooms have warm water.

Not Included is travel insurance, drinks and food purchased at local restaurants, airfare, airport and airline taxes, fees for additional excursions, and visa fee. Trinidad and Tobago does not require a visa for US and EU citizens.

Registration & Refund policy:

Please register through our online registration form or send us an email indicating your preferred room option. After receiving the completed registration form we will advise you of our payment options. A non-refundable deposit of 50% alongside the registration form is required to reserve your space. Remaining balance will be due 60 days before arrival date. No refunds will be given unless trip is cancelled. Participants are responsible to organize their own airfare to and from Tobago. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
